This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive revenue growth and meet annual sales targets within Germany & Austria
• Actively seek, identify, and secure new business opportunities
• Manage and enhance existing client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships
• Build and utilize a robust professional network within the pharmaceutical industry
• Collaborate across various internal teams to provide customized client solutions
• Develop strategic account plans and implement go-to-market strategies
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Maintain precise reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
• At least 5 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical sector
• Proven success in CDMO services
• Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability in prospecting and closing deals
• Experience in managing both new business acquisitions and existing accounts
• International experience with the capacity to navigate diverse business landscapes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong social skills and networking capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Skilled in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
