This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Actively identify and cultivate business opportunities for contract manufacturing.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams.
• Address incoming leads and inquiries in the Biopharmaceutical sector.
• Participate in the initial selling phase of the sales process.
• Communicate the value proposition of Catalent’s capabilities and services.
• Facilitate a smooth transition to Project Management when necessary.
• A degree in a Scientific field or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent prospecting skills and a track record of sales achievements in a similar position.
• Preferred 5 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Drug Substance and/or Drug Product development, manufacturing, and Sterile fill/finish.
• Capability to effectively establish strong relationships across all levels and disciplines within a biopharma account.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and an understanding of financial analytics.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish is advantageous.
• Opportunities for travel.
• Flexibility for remote work.
