This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and execute the B2B SaaS sales strategy
• Discover new market opportunities and cultivate relationships
• Oversee the entire sales cycle
• Develop and guide the sales team
• Evaluate sales data and forecasts to facilitate predictable growth
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• At least 2 years of experience in leading or establishing a sales team
• Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Fluent in both German and English; experience in the DACH region is highly desirable
• Fully remote position with trust and autonomy in your work
• Complete freedom to define the sales strategy
• Direct collaboration with the CEO to drive meaningful impact
