This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and execute the B2B SaaS sales strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Build and mentor the sales team to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in building or leading a sales team.
• Strong grasp of SaaS business models and the sales cycle.
• Data-driven with experience utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficient in both German and English; experience in the DACH market is advantageous.
• Remote-first mindset with excellent asynchronous communication skills.
• Fully remote team environment.
• Complete autonomy in the role.
• Direct collaboration with the CEO.
• Compensation structure that scales with results: base salary plus performance-based pay.
