This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Crafting and implementing our B2B SaaS sales strategy to achieve and surpass revenue goals (your strategy, designed your way)
• Discovering new market prospects and fostering connections with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Managing the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing enterprise agreements
• Developing and mentoring the sales team
• Partnering with marketing, product, and customer success teams to synchronize go-to-market strategies and create a cohesive commercial engine
• Collaborating closely with Customer Success to safeguard retention, uncover upsell opportunities, and transform satisfied clients into referrals
• Taking ownership of the data (pipeline, forecasts, sales metrics) to ensure predictable revenue growth
• Representing the organization at industry events, conferences, and client interactions
• Utilizing AI and automation to accelerate processes, enhance sales strategies, and construct a scalable sales function
• Over 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with demonstrable revenue achievements - quotas met, deals finalized, growth propelled
• More than 2 years of experience in building or leading a sales team
• Profound understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the important metrics that matter
• Data-oriented mindset with practical experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Superb negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
• A genuine interest in AI and automation - both as tools for enhancing speed and as a market you are familiar with
• Proficiency in German and English; experience in the DACH market is a significant advantage
• Complete autonomy in your approach to building, provided we continue to grow
