This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster relationships and drive sales within our primary strategic wirehouse firms.
• Allocate the majority of time engaging with COIs, large complexes, branches, private wealth teams, and Regional Directors.
• Promote thought leadership, practice management, capital markets, and investment insights.
• Collaborate effectively with our Relationship Management team and internal partners.
• Lead to the development of new relationships, enhancement of existing relationships, and sales growth across all investment product areas.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Series 7 and 63 certifications are mandatory.
• CIMA or CFA designation is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of field sales experience, ideally within the wirehouse community.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding relationships with advisors, teams, and centers of influence at firms such as Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, and UBS.
• Profound understanding of the needs of financial advisors and their management teams, beyond just products.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Capacity to remain organized, be resourceful, and prioritize initiatives effectively.
• Proficiency in representing a diverse range of product offerings, including: Mutual Funds, model portfolios, ETFs, SMAs, Index Funds, alternative investments, and retirement solutions.
• Ability to engage in and deliver impactful practice management insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that foster stronger relationships.
