This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at driving revenue growth, minimizing costs, and enhancing profitability.
• Expand the client portfolio and develop the regional business book to achieve annual objectives.
• Organize and oversee customer outreach initiatives using Salesforce to uncover new opportunities.
• Travel throughout the territory to connect with prospects and reinforce client relationships.
• Sustain current client relationships and facilitate seamless transitions to account managers.
• Showcase our comprehensive range of products and services to key stakeholders.
• Align client requirements with business strengths and craft customized proposals.
• Collaborate on contract formulation and lead client negotiations.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business ventures.
• Assist in upselling and enhancing portfolio growth within existing accounts.
• Monitor performance and collaborate with the Account Manager to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
• Over 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in the design and execution of business development strategies.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in hospital services or a related service industry is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire a team.
• Strong presentation skills coupled with confidence in value-based selling.
• Outstanding proficiency in computer applications; including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
