📋 Description

• Assist BD Managers and regional team members in formulating territory plans and pursuit strategies.

• Offer coaching on prospecting, client engagement, and opportunity qualification.

• Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and growth-focused BD culture.

• Generate leads and initiate discussions with potential clients.

• Maintain industry connections to remain informed about utility trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

• Aid in identifying strategic partners and participate in developing partnership opportunities.

• Bring insights from the national market to client discussions and internal planning efforts.

• Play an essential role in shaping national BD strategy by leveraging regional experiences and market observations.

• Implement advanced BD concepts, techniques, and standards to enhance pursuit quality and client engagement.

• Interact with clients to help position the company for new opportunities and contract renewals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the energy efficiency sector is mandatory.

• 12+ years of experience with a BA; 10+ years with an MBA.

• Proven ability to lead significant business development initiatives.

• Provide national market insights effectively.

• Contribute significantly to the national BD strategy.

• Develop advanced BD concepts and methodologies.

• Serve as a subject matter expert within the organization.

• DOT Requirements: If applicable, fulfill all DOT qualification standards and adhere to all relevant federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
