πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that information is accurately and efficiently recorded in the appropriate systems or databases. Implement quality control measures to reduce errors and uphold data integrity.

β€’ Regularly review and process referral information to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

β€’ Keep referral and provider data organized and current within internal systems.

β€’ Generate and update account and contact records to reflect any new or changing relationships with providers.

β€’ Continuously assess and refine pre-admission, in-care, and post-care operational processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows and lessen manual efforts.

β€’ Assist in the development and scalability of quality assurance measures, conducting regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of data. Create and maintain documentation of data processes, standards, and best practices.

β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including admissions, clinical, growth strategy, partnerships, care experience, and compliance, to understand the requirements and priorities related to patients, referral sources, and data.

β€’ Effectively communicate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues and support business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree.

β€’ 1–2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or data-entry-focused role (healthcare experience is a plus).

β€’ Proficiency in CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is preferred) and comfort using digital tools and databases.

β€’ A strong passion for Charlie Health’s mission to enhance access to high-quality mental health care.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

β€’ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing high-volume workflows.

β€’ Outstanding communication and de-escalation skills, motivated to solve challenging problems for clients while providing exceptional service.

β€’ Proactive self-starter and natural multitasker, enthusiastic about driving continuous improvement.

β€’ Availability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the team and patients.

β€’ Authorized to work in the United States and possess native or bilingual proficiency in English.
