This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with assigned customers (Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target) through regular sales calls, on-site visits, and presentations of new products.
• Implement in-store promotions to enhance brand visibility and boost product sales.
• Offer expertise on Synear’s product lineup and shelving displays to retailers to increase foot traffic.
• Identify and recommend new business growth opportunities to management.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales meetings and any additional required training.
• Complete and submit reimbursement requests along with other administrative tasks as necessary.
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the food industry.
• Familiarity with sales cycles based on customer types, including retailers, wholesalers, and food services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned sales territory.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and similar tools.
