This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with assigned customers (Walmart, Sam's Club, and Target) through regular sales calls, site visits, and new product demonstrations.
• Implement in-store promotions to enhance brand visibility and boost product sales.
• Offer insights on Synear’s product range and shelving displays to retailers to increase foot traffic.
• Identify and suggest new business development opportunities to management.
• Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales meetings, as well as any required training sessions.
• Complete and submit reimbursement requests along with other administrative duties as necessary.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the food industry.
• Familiarity with sales cycles based on customer categories, such as retailers, wholesalers, and food services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time within the assigned sales territory.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and similar tools.
