This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Achieve and/or surpass the weekly and monthly sales targets established by CTI Sales Management.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the benefits offered by CTI’s services and expertise.
• Proactively identify and generate new sales and business opportunities within the designated customer territory, supporting the Business Development Director.
• Assist in identifying cross-selling opportunities within other CTI business units, such as RWE, RSA, and lab services.
• Organize and participate in introductory and capabilities meetings with potential new clients for CTI.
• Conduct ongoing research for your assigned territory utilizing available sales tools like Salesforce, Zymewire, and other market research instruments.
• Qualify and respond to leads generated via the website.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Director to facilitate the sales process for new leads from initial introduction through to the bidding and contract stages.
• Secure commitment from the Business Development Director to participate in and lead introductory or capabilities calls with new accounts; fulfill requests from potential clients.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with key members of CTI’s clinical operational management and internal teams.
• Formulate and execute specific disease strategies to enhance awareness, generate leads, and identify opportunities.
• Support CTI's conference attendance and aid in expanding client meeting efforts of the Business Development Sales Director at therapeutically focused conferences globally.
• Regularly monitor and update the status of leads in Salesforce to ensure the sales pipeline is effectively maintained.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or physical/life sciences.
• Experience in sales, encompassing account profiling, relationship development, needs assessment, and account closure.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, clinical, or related fields.
