This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of lead qualification for both inbound and outbound prospects, guiding them from initial contact to becoming sales-qualified opportunities.
• Leverage high-volume outreach and discovery calls to identify needs and evaluate compatibility based on priorities, budget, timeline, and technology.
• Recognize key stakeholders, clarify purchasing processes, and transform leads into well-defined sales-qualified opportunities.
• Deliver well-qualified opportunities with distinct next steps while ensuring seamless transitions through introductory meetings and discovery notes.
• Work in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success to enhance lead quality, boost campaign effectiveness, and spot opportunities for expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to refine qualification standards, scoring, and workflows that enhance lead routing and conversion rates.
• Develop product knowledge and remain updated on K–5 education, bilingual/ESL programs, and literacy adoption cycles.
• Gather market insights and utilize data and feedback from prospects to refine messaging, scripts, and outreach approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, business development, or sales operations.
• Demonstrated capability to qualify and prioritize leads, conduct discovery, and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools for managing pipeline and activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and standard digital communication platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing a large volume of leads while ensuring data accuracy.
