Business Development Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Identify key decision makers (such as restaurant owners, procurement managers, head chefs, etc.) in various Indonesian cities, arrange meetings, and establish strong relationships with them.

• Become proficient in recognizing the challenges faced by merchants and assist them in overcoming these obstacles using our technology.

• Offer feedback and insights to management that will contribute to the enhancement of our product, strategy, and processes – serving as the eyes and ears of the operational landscape.

• Oversee existing merchant relationships and deliver real-time support for their users as they interact with our services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience within the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in technology or software.

• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• A proactive attitude, relentless drive, and the capability to accomplish tasks efficiently.

• An ambitious and competitive nature, unafraid of facing rejection.

• Enjoy engaging with people and fostering relationships, along with excellent communication skills.

• Self-motivated and thriving in a startup environment, possessing resilience to handle both challenging and rewarding days.
