This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and enhance strategic partnerships with both existing and potential clients.
• Perform market and account analysis to pinpoint opportunities and guide outreach efforts.
• Foster pipeline expansion by engaging with marketing initiatives and inbound inquiries.
• Organize and manage meetings, calls, and demonstrations for Client Business Executives and Sales Directors.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline through active prospecting via phone and email.
• Achieve activity benchmarks for qualified initial meetings and subsequent actions leading to proposals and pipeline growth.
• Address deal-level challenges to boost revenue and bookings.
• Employ insight-driven, consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and initiate deeper discussions with CSG.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to ensure unified messaging and gather customer feedback.
• Create meeting briefs and stakeholder summaries for client discussions.
• Support the development of prospecting strategies, pitches, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Offer feedback to Marketing to enhance customer and industry insights for future campaigns.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 1 year of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics).
• A systematic approach to problem-solving and the capacity to foresee customer challenges and requirements.
• Capability to devise solutions for complex deal issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical skills to assess data and suggest actionable next steps.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language in a business context.
