This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assess leads generated from marketing initiatives as potential sales opportunities.

• Coordinate virtual or in-person meetings, showcasing products and services as required by clients and management, while addressing client inquiries.

• Create sales proposals and present or distribute them to customers.

• Foster relationships with key clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing prospects.

• Generate new business with current clients and/or pinpoint areas for enhancement to achieve sales targets.

• Arrange meetings with prospective clients to listen to their desires and concerns.

• Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any complaints or objections.

• Prepare and deliver suitable presentations regarding products and services.

• Collect feedback from customers or prospects and relay it to internal teams.

• Regularly update the sales funnel and inform management during weekly sales meetings.

• Maintain a seamless daily workflow with the capacity to accurately track calls, follow up, and schedule appointments.

• Perform market research to identify potential business partnerships, market segments, and lead generation avenues.

• Stay informed about new products/services and updated pricing/payment options.


⛳️ Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for Business Development.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• A Diploma or higher qualification in marketing, business, or a related discipline.

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in business development (preferably in the Digital/IT sector).

• Outstanding negotiation and networking capabilities.

• Good project management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.

• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

• Skillful in delivering engaging presentations.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to think quickly and communicate effectively.

• A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its contribution to the company's success.
