
Business Development Analyst – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identifying potential clients and overseeing incoming leads within our sales funnel;
• Conducting virtual meetings to ascertain client requirements (briefing);
• Drafting commercial proposals;
• Arranging online meetings to showcase proposals;
• Negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients;
• Collaborating with the operations team to establish new accounts at the agency;
• Overseeing your client portfolio, mediating disputes, and facilitating necessary adjustments.
• Expertise in sales CRMs and a consultative sales methodology (Pipedrive preferred)
• Exceptional negotiation abilities and capacity to manage objections
• Proven experience in selling high-value services
• Background in digital agencies
• Understanding of digital marketing or its various specializations
• Proficient in Pipedrive and RD Station with a sales orientation
• Familiarity with using Meetime for calls
• In-depth knowledge of SPIN Selling techniques
• Fluency in English or Spanish (both written and spoken).
