This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee tracking systems and reporting for ongoing acquisition opportunities and new center opening projects, ensuring that project status, key milestones, and action items are up to date and easily accessible.
• Facilitate project activities across active growth initiatives, which includes scheduling meetings, monitoring follow-up items, managing timelines, and supporting overall project organization.
• Develop presentations, board approval documents, status reports, and other business development materials for executive leadership.
• Assist in acquisition diligence efforts by organizing data requests, maintaining diligence documentation, coordinating information flow, and tracking pending items.
• Aid new center opening projects by tracking essential project milestones, managing project trackers, and providing support for coordination activities.
• Perform research and collect information to assist in acquisition evaluations, market assessments, site selection processes, and other business development efforts.
• Keep organized document repositories, project files, communications, and reporting materials to ensure information is accurate, easily accessible, and up to date.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an analyst, project coordinator, or administrative support position is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, experience with project management software, and a comfort level with navigating data room platforms are essential.
