This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and embrace your entrepreneurial spirit.
• Conduct research on potential accounts for our clients in designated markets.
• Generate and pursue leads while ensuring successful qualification.
• Quickly develop an understanding of client solutions and their market positioning.
• Identify appealing target segments, companies, and key contacts.
• Create a targeted list of leads that aligns with the go-to-market strategy.
• Engage with outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the Startup Management team to transition leads effectively.
• Record lead account information in our CRM system.
• Provide insights on product features, value propositions, and more.
• Participate in special projects as they arise.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information, both technical and non-technical, to customers clearly and concisely.
• Technical proficiency necessary to understand and propose products or solutions based on client needs.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and set goals in a fast-paced setting.
• A strong desire to learn, self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
• A Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Technology or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Proficiency in English (C1 Level) is mandatory, and knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a significant advantage.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
