This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assist in generating and qualifying new business opportunities.
• Foster relationships with startup founders and operators.
• Support outbound initiatives through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Facilitate early-stage client discussions.
• Aid in expanding FutureProofing’s network and partnerships.
• Contribute to the advancement of AI-native startup initiatives.
• Over 3 years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, recruiting, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
• Proven experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle client-facing conversations independently.
• Comfortable engaging in outbound outreach and building relationships.
• Understanding of how startups raise funds, grow, and are evaluated, with the ability to speak credibly about what founders and investors prioritize.
• Remote work opportunity (LATAM / US-friendly).
• Contract with potential for full-time employment.
