This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Formulates strategic marketing initiatives that integrate data analytics and digital marketing methods.
• Identifies and secures lucrative new business opportunities within target markets while crafting strategic plans.
• Fosters and maintains robust relationships with key agencies by offering customized insurance solutions.
• Guides agency training on product features, market positioning, and effective sales techniques.
• Propels revenue growth by consistently meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
• Creates and implements strategies for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Conducts market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• May be responsible for staff performance management and coaching.
• Over 3 years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Completion or ongoing progress toward certifications such as Associate in Underwriting (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS), or Associate of Risk Management (ARM) is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of agency dynamics, marketing, underwriting, and risk management.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships.
• Skilled in interpreting complex competitive data and industry trends.
• Ensures adherence to insurance laws and regulations.
• Possesses advanced analytical skills, utilizing data to guide decision-making.
• This position requires frequent day travel and occasional overnight travel to meet with agents, brokers, or attend regional sales meetings.
