This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Engage with incoming leads (B2C) generated through our marketing initiatives (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.).
• Comprehend prospects' projects to assist them in selecting the appropriate training program, guide them through the process, and respond to their inquiries.
• Oversee the sales cycle from the initial contact to the signing of contracts.
• Take the initiative in suggesting enhancements to the sales process.
• Persistent, determined, and possess strong negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone and capable of adjusting your communication style.
• Solution-focused and proactive in suggesting ideas.
• Independent while fostering a sincere team spirit.
• Familiarity with the training/education sector is a significant advantage!
• One week of training at our sales school in Paris, along with a structured onboarding program.
