This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Engage in phone prospection by generating and pre-qualifying both inbound and outbound leads through outreach to decision-makers, aiming to schedule demonstrations for the sales team.
• Suggest innovative strategies or sales techniques to attract qualified leads.
• Phone prospecting constitutes roughly 90% of the work hours, averaging around 60 calls daily.
• Involvement in events and participation in trade shows.
• Keep prospect and customer databases updated in our CRM system.
• You are bilingual in French/Italian and/or English/Italian.
• You possess a hunter mentality, are creative, friendly, and have a vibrant personality.
• You are confident in picking up the phone to persuade potential clients.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• You have a strong desire to learn and continuously improve.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, etc., is advantageous.
