Business Developer, Hotel Sourcing & Contracting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the sourcing and negotiation of unique promotional initiatives with hotels throughout Thailand to achieve revenue objectives and enhance our portfolio.

• Partner with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Evaluate market trends and competition to uncover growth potentials.

• Cultivate and sustain robust hotel partnerships through regular meetings and communication.

• Broaden our network of partners by presenting and onboarding new hotels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' proven experience in contracting within Tour Operating / DMC / Hospitality / Bed Banks in Thailand.

• Exceptional negotiation capabilities, comfort in engaging with suppliers, and strong analytical skills.

• Familiarity with the market and connections with key stakeholders in the Thai market.

• Adaptable to a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment.

• Data-driven, organized, and continuously seeking improvement opportunities.

• Enjoy fieldwork, with the expectation of frequent travel across Thailand.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
