This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactive identification of potential clients for account management teams and establishing a professional relationship to understand customer needs and propose products and/or services that meet those needs.
• Conducting business development activities for account management teams within a defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
• Identifying bidding opportunities, participating in the preparation of bid responses, and engaging in negotiations with potential clients.
• Developing new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
• Proactively supporting and developing potential projects with assigned clients and presenting them to the sales development team.
• Building personal customer relationships with potential clients to influence business opportunities.
• Attending trade fairs to present new products, enhancing the organization's visibility.
• Preparing workshops for assigned clients.
• Requires advanced knowledge gained through a university degree combined with relevant experience.
• Practical to comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s programs or systems from the carrier with the ability to make improvements and utilize them in daily work.
• University degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience OR an advanced degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
