This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Identify potential students for our training programs to generate new opportunities.
• Attract, source, and persuade prospective students to enroll in our training sessions.
• Take initiative in sourcing and engaging potential students, both for your personal pipeline and the broader team.
• Utilize the CRM to enhance productivity and expand your sales efforts.
• Address objections with diligence and assertiveness, and escalate any recurring challenges.
• Actively engage in Paradox’s in-person and online events.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
• Self-motivated with leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge and curiosity about our market.
• Strong focus on sales efficiency and results-driven performance.
• Proficient in digital tools and comfortable with technology.
• Native-level fluency in French.
• Proficient in English.
