This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Attively develop new B2B business within mandatory training companies and corporates with HSE requirements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Conduct in-person product demonstrations at client locations.
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Participate in industry trade fairs, approximately one per month.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to define the commercial strategy.
• Experience in B2B sales with independent management of a client portfolio.
• Background in mandatory training, workplace safety, or HSE (preferred).
• Consultative approach to complex technical solutions.
• An active network or client portfolio in Central-Northern Italy (preferred).
• Familiarity with HSE, HR, and Training Managers.
• Proficiency with CRM and digital tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and startup mentality.
• Permanent employment contract.
• Company car for mixed use, provided after passing the probation period with mileage reimbursement in the meantime, or immediately if necessary.
• Expense reimbursement and provided work tools.
• Full remote work with maximum organizational autonomy.
• A genuine opportunity to be the company's first sales representative and build the sales function over time.
