This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Acquire new B2B clients within your designated geographic region (3–4 departments).
• Oversee the entire sales process: from initial prospecting to finalizing deals with your clients.
• Serve as Tessan's representative in your assigned area.
• Deliver high-quality reporting on your activities (KPIs, targets, etc.).
• You possess substantial experience as a field sales representative.
• A proactive hunter, skilled negotiator, and results-driven individual.
• Highly energetic and persistent.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Start-up oriented with a keen interest in technology products.
• A valid driving license (category B) is required.
• Base salary: €35,000–€40,000 gross annually (based on profile).
• Variable compensation: averaging €15,000 in the first year (uncapped).
• Onboarding training seminar provided upon joining.
• Company laptop and mobile phone included.
• Company car (5-seater) with fuel and toll card provided.
• 1 RTT day per month (additional time off).
• 50% employer contribution to Alan health insurance for you and your children.
• €12/day for meals credited to your Swile card.
