This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Transform a substantial number of highly qualified inbound leads into successful outcomes.
• Oversee a portfolio while generating 25% of your revenue through referrals.
• Assist clients in crafting optimal financing solutions for their property projects and nurture enduring client relationships.
• Engage in negotiations with banks.
• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of our tools and technologies while collaborating closely with an outstanding Tech/Product team.
• A minimum of 3–4 years of consistent, successful experience in mortgage brokerage and/or at least 1 year of experience working fully remotely.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong presence over the phone.
• Robust analytical skills that enable you to manage complex discussions and provide advice to borrowers.
• Flawless written and verbal communication abilities.
• Required agility and proactivity.
• A sense of curiosity and a strong eagerness to learn rapidly through interactions with diverse profiles (such as web developers, software engineers, credit specialists, etc.).
