This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assisting in business development: implementing E&C’s outbound and inbound growth initiatives within the European energy sector.
• Research & lead generation: performing market research to identify promising leads and opportunities in specified target markets.
• Tailoring customer solutions: formulating customized plans for potential clients by understanding their requirements and presenting suitable services and solutions.
• Sales presentations: crafting and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Managing pipeline & revenue growth: transforming a strong sales pipeline by overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals, negotiations, and deal execution.
• Relationship management: fostering and maintaining robust customer relationships to comprehend customer needs and guarantee a superior level of service.
• Market analysis: evaluating trends, opportunities, and competitors within the energy risk management and energy technology sectors.
• CRM management: ensuring that CRM systems are regularly updated and accurately maintained.
• Brand ambassadorship: representing E&C Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars to advocate for our services and enhance brand visibility.
• Experience and knowledge of the energy industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• B2B sales experience: ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Communication & influence: capable of engaging credibly with C-level stakeholders and influencing decision-making in intricate purchasing environments.
• Strategic & autonomous mindset: comfortable working independently, establishing, and managing your priorities.
• Language requirements: native or C2-level proficiency in English is essential. Native or C2-level proficiency in German or French is considered a significant advantage.
• Travel: open to traveling as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.
