This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee post-auction negotiations: Facilitate successful transactions between buyers and sellers post-auction, aiming to enhance conversion rates and profitability.
• Achieve commercial objectives: Regularly meet monthly goals for transaction volume, margins, and fee targets.
• Sustain transaction momentum: Expedite opportunities to ensure rapid closing times and reduce drop-offs.
• Foster trust-based relationships: Build credibility and rapport with buyers, sellers, collectors, and dealers across diverse markets.
• Assist international clients: Provide an exceptional customer experience for both English- and French-speaking clients.
• Offer valuation expertise: Utilize strong market knowledge to support vehicle valuations, reserve price negotiations, and strategy formulation.
• Identify matching opportunities: Develop and maintain a network of buyers and sellers to proactively connect clients with appropriate vehicles.
• Ensure operational excellence: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in deal terms, documentation, communications, and CRM updates.
• Collaborate across functions: Work in tandem with auction, customer support, and commercial teams to enhance conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to market insights: Share customer feedback, pricing trends, and competitive intelligence to refine auction performance and strategy.
• Extensive automotive knowledge: Profound understanding of classic and/or high-end vehicles, including market trends and value assessment.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities: Demonstrated capacity to influence outcomes while balancing customer experience with commercial performance.
• Proficient English communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient French communication: Professional-level proficiency in French is mandatory.
• Relationship-building skills: Proven experience in quickly establishing trust with clients, prospects, or stakeholders.
• Commercial insight: Strong business acumen with experience in balancing revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Proactive mindset: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Keen attention to detail: Consistent rigor and organization in dynamic operational settings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems: Experience in managing pipelines, customer interactions, and reporting within CRM or sales platforms.
