This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Pipeline management: Take ownership and develop a high-quality pipeline through extensive outbound efforts, quick qualification, and decisive deal progression. Manage every aspect from initial contact to final listing.
• Vehicle sourcing: Identify premium classic and specialist vehicles suitable for auction (such as Jaguar E-Type, Mercedes Pagoda, Porsche 911, Land Rover Series, Aston Martin, etc.), ensuring that each vehicle meets our quality, provenance, and presentation standards.
• Seller guidance: Assist sellers through the processes of valuation, reserve-setting, and auction readiness with assurance, credibility, and sound commercial judgement.
• Consultative sales approach: Provide a premium, consultative experience by quickly establishing trust, clearly setting expectations, and guiding deals to successful conclusions.
• Category expansion: Propel category growth in France through proactive outreach, market analysis, and building relationships with collectors, dealers, specialists, and clubs.
• Performance accountability: Take ownership of performance against defined objectives — including secured listings, sell-through rate, and overall revenue contribution.
• Buyer-seller alignment: Enhance sell-through rates and bidding engagement by effectively matching the right vehicles with the right buyers and positioning listings optimally.
• CRM excellence: Uphold impeccable CRM standards (HubSpot): ensure clear next steps, accurate activity tracking, and prevent any dropped opportunities.
• Market intelligence: Supply actionable insights to Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously enhance category performance.
• Outbound expertise: Exhibit high-volume prospecting capabilities — be confident, energetic on the phone, and adept at initiating, controlling, and advancing conversations.
• Sales proficiency: Demonstrate strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and consultative, value-based selling.
• Market expertise: Possess a profound understanding of classic cars — including models, specifications, provenance, pricing dynamics, and buyer psychology.
• Pipeline management: Be highly organized, accountable, and relentless in progressing deals while maintaining CRM integrity.
• Relationship development: Quickly establish trust, communicate effectively, and balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
• Results orientation: Be target-driven, competitive, resilient, and motivated by performance outcomes.
• Independence: Excel in a remote, high-trust environment with full responsibility for output.
• Category enthusiasm: Be energized by building and representing a growing category within enthusiast communities.
• Team collaboration: Work effectively with photography, valuations, marketing, and commercial teams to maximize results.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and French (both written and spoken), with English as the primary working language of the business.
