Business Data Analyst – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Strategize and manage support and service initiatives at the enterprise level for assigned clients.

• Serve as the primary liaison to facilitate the resolution of service-related incidents.

• Create on-demand reports and periodic datasets for end-users using system tools.

• Develop and maintain report templates, dashboards, and various information portals for end-users.

• Identify and document operational goals by analyzing business functions and collecting relevant information.

• Compile technical reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

• Propose and implement controls by recognizing issues and drafting enhanced procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline OR 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

• Extensive technical expertise in enterprise SaaS products.

• Proven track record in evaluating existing practices and creating effective modifications.

• Strong skills in technical reporting.

• Professional experience in developing comprehensive business analyses and long-term forecasts.

• Outstanding communication abilities with a focus on managing client relationships.
