Business Data Analyst – Learning Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Arden University’s Learning Systems team as a Business Data Analyst, where you will support the management and reporting of data across various platforms, including Moodle, Accipio, Zoom, and PMA.

• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of data to meet operational and reporting requirements throughout the University.

• Aid in the documentation of data processes, identify areas for improvement, and assist in the implementation of enhancements.

• Engage in reporting, dashboard creation, and data quality initiatives while collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a business, systems, or analytical role involving data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting data and identifying trends or concerns.

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and reporting.

• Experience in supporting data quality, governance, or improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in documenting processes, requirements, or data flows clearly and effectively.

• Background in contributing to reporting, dashboards, or data visualization efforts.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

• Strong communication skills, facilitating collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of data protection principles (e.g., UK GDPR) and best practices in data handling.

• Familiarity with data tools or technologies such as SQL, APIs, or reporting platforms.

• Experience adhering to structured processes, standards, or policies related to data or systems.
