• Deliver data analytics support for governmental clients.
• Execute data extraction, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and narrative development.
• Collect business requirements, evaluate source systems, identify foundational data sources, and create metadata for data analysis.
• Obtain and assess data and metrics for visualizations and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business units and project teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data visualization and business intelligence.
• Convert business analysis into prototype concepts for reports and dashboards.
• Document processes related to data acquisition, management, and governance.
• Develop training materials and lead training sessions.
• At least five years of experience in government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management, or related fields within a Department of War organization.
• Proficient in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools and self-service data visualization platforms such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Qlik View.
• CCaR and/or PMRT experience is preferred.
• Experience with DoW or DAF is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, accounting, economics, or a related field (seven or more years of relevant experience may substitute for education).
