📋 Description

• Enhance business performance by evaluating profitability and spotting opportunities to boost revenue, margins, and operational efficiency.

• Serve as a vital finance partner to the Sales team and leadership, facilitating commercial and strategic decision-making.

• Oversee planning activities, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.

• Provide data-driven insights and forward-looking analysis to inform business decisions.

• Assist in growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions as well as integration processes.

• Maintain robust financial governance, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling, or business partnering roles.

• Strong financial and commercial insight, particularly in pricing and profitability analysis.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.

• Experience within a multinational or matrix organization is a plus.
