This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Cultivate and manage a sales territory to achieve and surpass profitability targets as outlined in the strategic plan, annual sales budget, and desired market penetration levels for overall volume, margin, and product line.
• Attain successful results by employing a consultative sales approach, building relationships, and offering solutions to business challenges.
• Identify customer needs for new products and services, and seamlessly introduce new offerings to existing accounts.
• Generate additional and new profitable business within defined markets, territories, and/or customer segments through inbound or outbound calls to clients.
• Process confirmed orders, maintain precise daily records, and ensure necessary follow-up.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Keep customers informed with updated pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and current files regarding customer interactions, details, and promotional efforts.
• Travel to customer locations to sell products and services, build relationships, and resolve issues.
• Uphold exceptional customer service levels and foster ongoing rapport with current and prospective customers for future growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate the ability to think and respond swiftly under pressure with informed answers.
• Develop and sustain an understanding of customers, competitors, partners, business models, market sizes, and industry trends.
• Conduct data analysis on key accounts and prospects to measure actual purchase trends against targets.
• Utilize sales technology, CRM, and reporting tools to track sales activities, trends, and market changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, operations, and/or sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop business relationships, and familiarity with sales methodologies and their application.
• Financial acumen sufficient to create and oversee budgets.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Proficient in using modern technologies, particularly Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of customer challenges with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions both internally and externally; experienced in collaborating across functional groups and industries to tackle complex problems and account initiatives.
• Effective decision maker who is well-organized and capable of prioritizing and planning ahead.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with a focus on project execution and achieving results.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ethical and trustworthy.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to take on increased responsibilities over time.
