📋 Description

• Offer consultative assistance to clients interested in new (0 km) vehicles available on the platform.

• Serve as a consultant by addressing inquiries about cars, trims/versions, and promotional offers.

• Evaluate leads and guide interested clients to the appropriate dealerships.

• Organize and oversee a client portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up and advancement through the purchasing process.

• Document information and next steps in the system/CRM to uphold service history and organizational structure.

• Possession of a high school diploma.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear and concise).

• In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry (models, trims/versions, differentiators, and the new-vehicle market).

• A personal laptop is necessary.
