Business Consultant, German Speaker, Logistics/LogTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate impactful discovery workshops with global clients to identify operational inefficiencies and propose customized solution scenarios.

• Create integration frameworks for client ERP and TMS systems that align with product architecture.

• Lead both functional and technical responses during significant RFI and RFP processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support large-scale deal acquisitions.

• Formulate business cases and value propositions that quantify the advantages of Transporeon solutions.

• Analyze market trends and mentor sales teams on best practices in supply chain management.

• Act as a strategic link between customer challenges and technological solutions.

• Design integration scenarios and business cases for international shipping clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or LogTech.

• Strong understanding of road transportation.

• Capability to translate intricate customer requirements into functional technical designs.

• Experience in designing ERP/TMS integration scenarios.

• Native or fluent in German.

• Proficient in English.

• Ability to lead workshops and influence C-level executives.

• Expertise in end-to-end assessments and identifying operational pain points.

• Skill in developing data-driven business cases.

• Direct experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or supply chain technology is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Transporeon’s product offerings and system architecture is a plus.
