• Provide coaching to franchisees through the use of scorecards, structured check-ins, and documented follow-through instead of vague guidance.
• Develop and monitor action plans that are linked to measurable outcomes and defined deadlines, specifying ownership and timelines.
• Enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, membership, conversion rates, average ticket size, and patient experience.
• Uphold operating standards and necessary training protocols; work to boost system adoption throughout your portfolio.
• Travel for in-person center evaluations, franchisee meetings, performance interventions, new center openings, and onsite training as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Operations, Marketing, Training, and Development to eliminate obstacles and ensure alignment in execution.
• Monitor and document progress using Zenoti, CRM, and Microsoft 365 or similar platforms.
• Must be based in the U.S. and within reasonable distance of a major airport.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% on a regular basis.
• 2-3+ years of experience in franchise field support and/or multi-unit service operations, ideally in roles such as Franchise Business Coach, Franchise Consultant, Franchise Operations Manager, Field Operations Manager, or Multi-Unit/Area/District/Regional Manager.
• Required experience in service-provider businesses: med spa, wellness, aesthetics/beauty, healthcare services, or membership-based service models.
• Demonstrated ownership of KPIs: capable of discussing baseline metrics, action plans, execution strategies, and results with specific figures and timelines.
• Ability to influence franchise owners without direct authority and hold partners accountable for their commitments.
• Base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, along with an approximate 5% performance bonus.
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays as per company policy.
• Reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company policy; a company card option may be available.
• Remote position with considerable field exposure and a clear path for advancement within Corporate Operations.
