📋 Description

• Guide clients through their personal and professional growth by utilizing a combination of business insights, mindset transformation, and leadership frameworks.

• Conduct both individual and group coaching sessions customized to meet the specific needs and development stage of each client.

• Identify business obstacles and collaboratively design actionable strategies focused on leadership, revenue enhancement, team dynamics, and operational efficiency.

• Create tailored coaching resources, activities, and playbooks that are scalable across our diverse client base.

• Act as a reliable advisor and accountability partner for entrepreneurs as they navigate complex business landscapes.

• Collaborate with the AlterCall executive team to enhance our coaching methodology and broaden our influence.

• Contribute to significant internal initiatives, including leadership development, team alignment, and operational coaching.

• Founder Credentials – You have established and successfully exited your own business, granting you a profound understanding of the founder's journey and earning credibility with our clients.

• Executive Coaching Experience – You have provided coaching or advisory services to founders, CEOs, or high-performing teams within startups or scaling organizations.

• Operational Range – You possess hands-on experience in business growth, bringing practical knowledge in strategy, sales, operations, or leadership.

• Conscious Leadership Lens – You prioritize personal development alongside professional achievement and know how to lead with empathy and authenticity.

• Facilitation Mastery – You can create a supportive environment and lead impactful one-on-one or group sessions that encourage deep reflection and actionable outcomes.
