This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Partner with business and IT teams to create and implement scalable contact center solutions.
• Participate in business analysis and design for contact routing, personalization, and self-service functionalities.
• Evaluate and specify business and agent desktop requirements.
• Convert enterprise and business needs into sustainable technical architecture and data lake solutions.
• Work alongside stakeholders from both business and technical teams to facilitate scalable contact center transformation projects.
• 4–5 years of experience in voice and data telecommunications.
• Practical experience with Amazon Connect.
• Proficient in understanding business requirements for technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of customer communication channels including IVR, voice, chat, SMS, email, and digital support platforms.
• Experience with chatbots, voice bots, co-browse solutions, and workflow automation.
