• Collect, evaluate, and record business requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Convert operational needs into functional specifications for systems.
• Challenge and enhance requests by suggesting best-practice solutions that align with system capabilities.
• Ensure that requirements are clearly understood, prioritized, and well-documented.
• Configure and oversee enterprise applications such as ERP, HRMS, timesheet systems, CRM, and custom-developed internal software.
• Utilize standard features and best practices to fulfill business needs.
• Ensure that configurations are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with company standards.
• Engage in system upgrades, releases, and testing activities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the functionalities and limitations of supported systems.
• Advise business users on the optimal use of systems and improvements in processes.
• Encourage standardization and minimize unnecessary customization whenever possible.
• Contribute to system documentation, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.
• Identify discrepancies between business requirements and system capabilities.
• Document functional specifications for system enhancements or custom developments.
• Collaborate with development teams by providing clear, complete, and testable requirements.
• Take part in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions.
• Act as a trusted partner for internal users.
• Explain functional solutions in layman's terms.
• Assist in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience working with enterprise administrative systems (ERP, HRMS, CRM, etc.).
• Experience in CRO or a related industry is a plus.
• Strong background in gathering business requirements and conducting functional analysis.
• Practical experience in configuring enterprise software solutions.
• Ability to comprehend and document business processes effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Infor FSM, Salesforce, and Bob is advantageous.
