Business Applications & AI Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a technical contributor on project teams that deliver solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, and Azure.

• Develop business applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, which includes both canvas and model-driven applications.

• Design cloud flows, integrations, notifications, approvals, and process automations with Power Automate.

• Support the design and development of Copilot and agent-based solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and other related Microsoft technologies.

• Contribute to data and analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, dataflows, semantic models, lakehouses, warehouses, or similar services.

• Create integrations among Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, Microsoft 365, and external applications.

• Work with APIs, data entities, Dataverse, custom connectors, and various other integration technologies.

• Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Identify potential enhancements to client processes through automation, application modernization, data analytics, and AI solutions.

• Travel to client locations as required by specific projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of two years of experience in application development, systems integration, business applications, data solutions, or a similar technical role.

• Capability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical designs and functional solutions.

• Experience with at least three of the following: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure integration services, X++ development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in creating clear technical documentation.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a project-driven environment.

• Eagerness to learn and engage with the Microsoft business applications, data, automation, and AI technology stack.

• Willingness to travel nationally to client locations as project demands require.

• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with Power Apps canvas or model-driven applications, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Dataverse, custom connectors, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, Microsoft Graph, responsible AI, data security, access control, data loss prevention, governance, consulting or professional services, direct client engagement, and relevant Microsoft certifications.
