This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, RevOps, Analytics, Marketing Ops, Sales, Marketing, and IT to deploy Salesforce solutions.
• Convert business requirements into precise, technically accurate user stories and functional designs.
• Engage in technical solution discussions and design evaluations.
• Execute configurations that align with established architecture and best practices.
• Assist in testing, validation, and post-release activities.
• Conduct day-to-day Salesforce administration and configuration tasks.
• Develop and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, record types, and automation processes.
• Oversee user management, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
• Generate and sustain reports and dashboards for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ensure data hygiene, manage imports/exports, and uphold governance standards.
• Operate within sandboxes and facilitate deployments and releases.
• Act as a primary technical escalation point for Sales and Marketing users.
• Resolve Salesforce issues affecting active deals, pipeline reporting, and GTM workflows.
• Deliver timely support and guidance to assist users in overcoming obstacles.
• Participate in office hours and user training sessions.
• Document recurring issues and escalate or translate them into system enhancements.
• Maintain existing integrations with marketing, analytics, and billing systems.
• Help diagnose integration and data synchronization challenges.
• Collaborate with developers during integration testing and issue resolution.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Salesforce-focused technical role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (mandatory).
• Extensive hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud).
• Background in Scrum / Agile environments (essential).
• Capability to effectively collaborate with developers and technical teams.
• Proficiency in working with Salesforce data models, automation, and reporting.
• Experience in supporting Sales and Marketing users in a dynamic environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities.
