This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee financial performance management for the Contact Center, focusing on monitoring and enhancing revenue, expenses, and margin outcomes in alignment with the planned objectives.
• Take ownership of forecasting, planning assistance, and performance analysis during the period, converting operational drivers into actionable insights and suggested strategies.
• Track business performance against financial goals, proactively identifying risks and opportunities while driving corrective measures in collaboration with leadership.
• Create and sustain cost-to-serve models and financial frameworks that guide pricing, operational decisions, and long-term strategic planning.
• Examine financial and operational trends to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Pricing, and Sales to ensure alignment between financial targets and operational execution alongside client commitments.
• Provide financial evaluation and decision-support for business cases, investments, and new initiatives, addressing revenue forecasts, cost impacts, and return analyses.
• Promote continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management processes to improve visibility, accuracy, and the speed of decision-making.
• Act as a primary financial advisor to Contact Center leadership, influencing decisions through insights and business acumen.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
• Over 6 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, financial analysis, or business performance management.
• Experience in supporting or driving financial performance within a complex, service-oriented, or contact center environment is preferred.
• Proven experience in cost modeling, pricing analysis, or profitability optimization.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and business leadership to influence decision-making.
• Proficient in working with large datasets, financial systems, and business intelligence tools.
