This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain reporting, analytics, and geospatial solutions that enhance portfolio performance, workplace trends, operational metrics, and business results.

• Process, validate, and oversee data from various sources to facilitate portfolio intelligence, operational reporting, forecasting, and decision-making support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, account teams, and clients to convert business needs into reusable technical solutions.

• Assist in portfolio planning, workplace strategy, occupancy analysis, location intelligence, and operational decision-making through insights and visualizations.

• Discover opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation, standardization, and the use of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

• Create dashboarding and reporting solutions utilizing Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or comparable platforms.

• Construct and maintain data pipelines, transformation processes, and data models, with a strong preference for Databricks experience.

• Integrate data from internal systems, client platforms, commercial real estate technologies, and external sources.

• Develop and manage ArcGIS Online environments, maps, dashboards, and geospatial data products.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools to boost productivity, expedite development, and improve analytics capabilities.

• Clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Facilitate user adoption, training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to the advancement of the Portfolio Advisory Group's capabilities in analytics, automation, geospatial, and emerging technologies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, reporting, data engineering, or related domains.

• Proven experience in developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products utilized by business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

• Demonstrated experience in constructing and maintaining data pipelines within modern cloud analytics platforms.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and skills in data interpretation.

• Experience in gathering requirements and engaging directly with business stakeholders.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and articulate complex concepts to business stakeholders, account teams, and clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

• Strong preference for candidates with Databricks experience.

• Familiarity with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, or modern cloud-based analytics platforms is preferred.

• Experience using Python for analytics, automation, reporting, or workflow development is preferred.

• Background in supporting commercial real estate, corporate real estate, portfolio planning, workplace strategy, occupancy management, facilities management, or related business functions is preferred.

• Experience with ArcGIS Online, ESRI products, or geospatial analytics platforms is preferred.

• Experience within consulting, professional services, or client-facing environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar technologies is preferred.

• Experience in enterprise reporting, operational analytics, portfolio analytics, workplace analytics, or business performance management is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) experience.

• Proficiency in Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms is required.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational database technologies is expected.

• Strong preference for experience with Databricks and cloud analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages is preferred.

• Experience with ArcGIS Online, ESRI products, or geospatial technologies is preferred.

• Knowledge of commercial real estate, workplace, occupancy, facilities, or portfolio management technologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
