This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will be our internal "super customer," as you comprehend the challenges faced by our SaaS clients in the areas of wind power and photovoltaic systems and determine potential solutions.
β’ You will create methods and formats to identify our customers' requirements and translate these into energy sector specifications.
β’ You will provide specifications for the further development of our product and assist the Product Owners in evaluating these within the framework of business value.
β’ You will analyze and design our opti.node business processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
β’ You will act as a professional interface between the Onboarding & Customer Success team, the Product Owners, and our Engineering department.
β’ You have a background in the energy sector and are well-versed in the commercial management of renewable energies and the associated regulations (e.g., StromStG, EEG, EnWG).
β’ You have prior experience in product development (ideally of a software product).
β’ You possess strong analytical thinking skills, can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, work independently and in a structured manner, and have experience in defining and advancing processes.
β’ You communicate reliably and bring excellent German language skills (our corporate language).
β’ Ideally, you have experience with BI tools like Power BI for data visualization and have engaged in negotiations and communication with municipalities and network operators.
