Business Analyst, Técnico, Inglés

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze and understand the needs and requirements of the business.

• Translate business requirements into clear and structured functional and technical requirements.

• Create, document, and maintain User Stories and acceptance criteria.

• Actively participate in work teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.

• Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams.

• Analyze processes and propose functional improvements and solutions aligned with business needs.

• Take part in refinement meetings, sprint planning, and initiative tracking.

• Review and validate requirements, identifying dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies.

• Support the definition and documentation of functional solutions.

• Communicate ideas, analyses, and proposals clearly and effectively, in both Spanish and English.

• Work with international teams and participate in professional meetings and communications in English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar roles.

• Experience participating in technology or software development projects.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in creating and documenting User Stories and acceptance criteria.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with development teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams.

• Desired: Academic background in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Desired: Previous experience as a developer or knowledge of programming.

• Desired: A technical profile that has evolved into functional analysis, solution design, or Business Analysis roles.
