Business Analyst – ServiceNow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage comprehensive business process knowledge and experience to create and define customer solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

• Ensure that development efforts are thoroughly documented and delivered with high quality.

• Take ownership of the overall outcomes of your projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in business processes across at least one suite and a minimum of two process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform.

• Solid functional understanding of at least one ServiceNow suite.

• Capable of discussing business requirements for integrations between ServiceNow and external tools.

• Certification in System Administration is preferred.

• At least two years of experience with ServiceNow is required.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong project management and situational awareness.

• Effective communication skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time.
